Mission Statement:

In my opinion, bringing together the cities and the regions that form a country is more than signing a partnership; it is bringing together the multicultural community, because the people are the ones that keep alive a city and a country. The connections between communities are made by architecture and landscape, two of the tools that give the city a permanency character.
